live match ph reserves the right to request verification documents to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
3. Account Creation and Security
To access the full features of live match ph, you must register a single account using accurate and complete information. Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. live match ph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your password. You agree to:
- Use a unique, strong password and not share it with any third party.
- Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
- Notify live match ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Account information must remain current and accurate. If your contact details change, you are responsible for updating them through your account settings or by contacting support.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using live match ph, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or another user's account.

live match ph reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities, where required by law.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on live match ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be made using the payment methods supported and listed on the platform. By submitting a deposit, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used.
Withdrawals are processed to the same or equivalent method used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements and the minimum withdrawal amounts specified in the platform's payment terms. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and any applicable verification procedures.

Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a deposit fraudulently will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability. live match ph provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, live match ph and its affiliates, operators, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — including any loss of funds resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or interruptions to service.
Participation in wagering and casino games involves inherent financial risk. live match ph does not guarantee any particular outcome, return, or profitability from any game or betting market. Players are solely responsible for their wagering decisions.
Intellectual Property. 7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Changes to Terms
Account Suspension and Closure. live match ph may suspend or close an account at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a member has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the platform or other users. In cases of confirmed fraud or serious breach, any balance held may be forfeited.
